Little Medinah was born from a deeply personal moment, one that quietly changed everything.
When I first became a mother, I never imagined how intense the sleepless nights could be. One evening, completely exhausted and unsure of what else to try, my husband took our daughter into his arms and softly sang Tala‘a al-Badru ‘Alayna.
Almost instantly, she calmed.
Her tiny body relaxed.
And for the first time, she fell into a deep, peaceful sleep.
That moment stayed with me. The way one ancient melody could bring such serenity, safety, and connection felt almost sacred. I wished that every parent could experience that same sense of peace.
At the time, there was nothing on the market that carried that feeling. Nothing that combined spiritual warmth, familiarity, and safety with an elegant and meaningful design.
