We hope you love your Little Medinah purchase.
If for any reason you decide it’s not the right fit, you may return your order within 14 days after receiving your purchase, in accordance with the terms below and our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that you must notify us of your return within this 14-day period by emailing us at littlemedinah@hotmail.com

Did you place your order via the Little Medinah webshop?
You may return the item with care, in the original plastic and packaging, clearly stating your order number.

We recommend returning your package using a track & trace service, so you can monitor when your return arrives at our warehouse.
You will receive the track & trace code from the shipping carrier (such as DHL or PostNL) at the time you hand in your return parcel.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, after which the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, this may affect the amount refunded.

Natural materials

Our products may contain natural materials such as wood.
Natural variations in color, grain and texture are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.
