Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Entrepreneur: Little Medinah, sole proprietorship, established at Rietbaan 2, 2908 LP Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands.
Customer: the natural person who enters into an agreement with Little Medinah.
Agreement: any agreement between the entrepreneur and the customer concluded via the webshop.
Product: all physical products offered via the webshop.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement concluded via the Little Medinah webshop.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have taken note of and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – Product Information

All products are described as accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

The images shown are for illustrative purposes only; deviations in colour or finish may occur.

Our products are carefully crafted and may contain natural materials, such as wood. As a result, slight variations in colour, grain and structure may occur. These natural variations are part of the product’s character and are not considered a defect or fault.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed via Shopify and Mollie. The available payment methods are clearly displayed during checkout.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to change payment methods.
Article 6 – Delivery

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. As a result, changing or cancelling an order is in many cases no longer possible.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

The average delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delay.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
7.1 Cooling-off Period and Return Term

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, has received the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Little Medinah within this period via email at littlemedinah@hotmail.com.
7.2 Conditions for Returns
The product must:

be unused and undamaged;
-
be returned in the original packaging.
7.3 Signs of Use and Damage

If the product shows clear signs of use, damage or careless handling, Little Medinah reserves the right to:

apply a reduction in value; or
-
refuse the return.

7.4 Return Costs
-
Return shipments are at the customer’s own expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 8 – Refunds

After withdrawal, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned product no later than 14 days.

Shipping costs and return costs are not refunded and are at the customer’s expense.

The entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.
Article 9 – Liability

Little Medinah is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from incorrect use of the product.

Liability is limited, insofar as legally permitted, to the amount of the order.
Article 10 – Warranty

All products are subject to the statutory warranty.

This means that the product must meet what the customer may reasonably expect from it.
Article 11 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Little Medinah is not obliged to fulfil its obligations.

Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the entrepreneur’s control, including but not limited to delays by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes or governmental measures.
Article 12 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be reported by email within a reasonable period after discovery.

The entrepreneur will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
Article 13 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and to all agreements.

For consumers residing within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain applicable.

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders within the European Union, unless expressly stated otherwise.

For consumers residing outside the European Union, additional rules may apply regarding shipping, taxes, duties and returns.
Article 14 – Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Little Medinah reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.

The most recent version is always applicable.
